Clothing Sharks 14-Day Paid Return Policy

At Clothing Sharks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

Initiate Return

  1. Email our team at support@clothingsharks.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Get Return Authorization
    Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Package Your Item
    Carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Shipping
    We’ll send you a prepaid tracked return label. Drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or defective? Contact us right away at support@clothingsharks.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
